Technician Alliance Membership Terms
Effective August 11, 2026 ยท version 2026-08-11
Field Guard Technician Alliance is a voluntary service for independent field technicians. It is not a labor union, employer, staffing agency, law firm, or representative of Field Nation or WorkMarket.
Membership and recurring price
Digital membership is $2.95 per month. Protection membership is $4.95 per month and includes Digital benefits plus up to ten AI-assisted work-order reviews during each billing month. Membership is month-to-month and automatically renews at the selected price until canceled. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.
Cancellation and billing
You may cancel at any time through the secure member cancellation control or by requesting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues only as stated at cancellation. We do not hide cancellation behind retention offers. Refunds, disputes, and billing corrections are reviewed from the billing and audit record.
Your independent decisions
You alone decide your availability, service area, rates, work-order choices, and whether to accept, decline, clarify, or counter an offer. The Alliance does not set common rates, coordinate refusals, require nonperformance, or share another technician's confidential offer or rate policy with you.
AI review and negotiation support
AI-assisted reviews summarize supplied terms and may identify questions or risks, but are not legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice and do not guarantee payment or a better result. You must review all output. Any managed negotiation requires separate authorization for the exact work order and message. During the pilot, operator approval is also required. Optional managed negotiation is subject to separate terms: 10% of verified compensation gained over the original offer, capped at $49 per work order, due only after the increased compensation is actually received.
Marketplace accounts and credentials
Never provide a marketplace password, cookie, access token, TOTP code, private key, or API key. The Alliance does not ask for those credentials through enrollment or work-order review. You remain responsible for marketplace rules and your own account.
Communications, sponsors, and conduct
Commercial email and physical mail use separate, revocable preferences. Sponsor content is labeled. Sponsors do not receive member identity, address, rate policy, active offer, or negotiation record without separate consent. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unrelated personal information.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, platform-health, or operational reasons. A material price or term change will be disclosed before it applies. If a change requires renewed acceptance, access to the affected feature remains blocked until acceptance.
Records and disputes
Consent, authorization, billing, cancellation, and material case events are recorded for accountability. Use the secure member portal or the support channel shown there for access, correction, cancellation, billing questions, complaints, or disputes.
