Before you reserve

What am I paying today?

A one-time reservation for your selected model. Every reservation dollar is credited toward its total unit price. This payment does not buy a delivered or currently in-stock device.

When does it ship?

Estimated shipping is Q2 2027 (April–June). This is a development preorder. We will contact you about changes or delays and preserve applicable refund rights.

When do I pay the balance?

When your unit is ready for shipment, we will request the remaining balance plus shipping and applicable tax. There is no automatic balance charge.

Is the reservation refundable?

It is nonrefundable for voluntary buyer cancellation and fully credited to the price. Required refund rights remain available. If we cancel or cannot fulfill, amounts paid will be returned.

What makes it a Founders Edition?

Each model has a separate 10,000-unit numbered edition. Founders Edition and a MAKE number are printed on the rear. The example number 00001 in the render is illustrative; your manufacturing number is assigned during production.

Is VPN service included?

The plan is to include the first 12 months of VPN service from activation, with a $39/year renewal target. Reservation does not start VPN service or authorize an automatic renewal charge.

Does it mine TMTV?

Optional native TMTV CPU mining is planned for Node. Benchmarks and reward funding remain pending, and no mining income is promised. Pocket and Link are not sold as miners.
