This is a development preorder for physical hardware. You pay a reservation now, fully credited to the total, and the balance when your unit is ready. The reservation is nonrefundable for voluntary buyer cancellation; required refund rights remain applicable.

1. Supplier and payment
1MatrixTech (2solutions LLC) supplies the product. Whop provides payment processing. All prices are USD. Shipping and applicable taxes are additional. The checkout shows any tax collected on the reservation; any remaining shipping/tax is disclosed before you pay the balance. The reservation is a one-time payment and does not authorize recurring or automatic balance charges.
2. Reservation credit and balance
Every reservation dollar is credited toward your model’s stated total unit price. Once payment is verified, we record your model, payment, credit and accepted terms. When the unit is ready for shipment, we contact you with the balance, shipping and applicable tax. No device is dispatched before the balance and shipment details are confirmed. Any balance deadline and consequences will be communicated before collection; no undisclosed forfeiture schedule applies.
3. Cancellation, delays and refunds
The reservation is nonrefundable for voluntary buyer cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If we cancel or cannot fulfill the preorder, we return amounts paid. Legally required cancellation and refund rights remain available, including applicable rights when delivery is delayed. We will notify you of delays, provide revised timing and follow the applicable consent/refund process. Mandatory rights and payment-provider dispute rights are not waived by these terms.
4. Estimated delivery and development status
Estimated shipping is Q2 2027 (April–June). The product is in development and imagery is conceptual. Features, enclosure and specifications may change during testing. We will contact buyers about material changes rather than silently substitute a substantially different product. No unverified throughput, computer-wide security capability or mining income is promised.
5. Numbered Founders Edition
The edition is limited to 10,000 units separately for Pocket, Link and Node. Founders Edition and a model-specific MAKE number are printed on the rear. The model prefix distinguishes the three number sequences. Manufacturing numbers are assigned during production; the illustrated number 00001 is an example. A preorder does not guarantee a particular number, resale value or current manufactured stock.
6. VPN service and TMTV
The plan is to include the first 12 months of VPN service beginning at activation, with a $39/year renewal target. Reservation does not start service or create an automatic renewal. Final service details will be confirmed before shipment. Optional native TMTV CPU mining is planned for Node only; benchmarks and reward funding remain pending. No token quantity, exchange value or income is guaranteed by this preorder.
7. Support and your order
Keep your Whop payment receipt and order reference. A browser return from checkout alone does not confirm payment; use your order status link or contact our team.
